BUFFTEK™ Warranty, Refund & Return Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
BUFFTEK™ proudly stands behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 2 year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner of any of our multi-tools.
This warranty ensures that your BUFFTEK™ product will be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years of the product under normal use and maintenance.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Broken, cracked, or malfunctioning components due to normal use.
Defective parts that fail under proper usage conditions.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, BUFFTEK™ will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective product,
Replace it with a new or equivalent product, or
Provide store credit for the purchase value.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, corrosion, or unauthorized modification.
Loss, theft, or damage from improper storage or use.
Accessories, bits, or consumable components (e.g., blades, screwdriver bits, etc.) unless defective at the time of purchase.
4. Proof of Purchase Requirement
To qualify for the BUFFTEK™ Lifetime Warranty, you must provide your original proof of payment or purchase receipt.
Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Contact BUFFTEK™ Customer Support via email or our official website.
Provide your original proof of payment, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
Ship the defective item to the address provided by BUFFTEK™ (if required).
Once verified, BUFFTEK™ will repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is responsible for initial shipping costs, which may be refunded if the claim is approved.
6. Returns and Refunds
At BUFFTEK™, customer satisfaction is our priority.
6.1 Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of payment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by BUFFTEK™.
Returned items will be inspected before approval.
6.2 Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error.
Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for refund.
6.3 Exchanges:
If you received the wrong product or a defective item, BUFFTEK™ will gladly exchange it for the correct or replacement product at no additional cost.
7. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
8. Limitation of Liability
BUFFTEK™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective item.
